With more than three decades of real estate and valuation-related experience, my approach to buyer representation is centered on structure, communication, informed guidance, and long-term decision quality.

Professional Background

My real estate background includes residential brokerage, valuation, advisory work, and market analysis developed over the course of more than 30 years in the industry. Prior to focusing on the Greater Fort Worth market, I owned and operated a real estate brokerage in the St. Louis area and later worked in residential real estate in Naples, Florida, with an emphasis on luxury homes and condominiums.

Earlier in my career, I earned the MAI and CCIM designations while working in valuation, advisory, and commercial real estate-related disciplines. That analytical background continues to influence how I approach pricing, market evaluation, negotiation strategy, and long-term decision considerations for buyers today.

Why Greater Fort Worth

After returning to Texas to be closer to family, I chose to focus my residential real estate work on the Greater Fort Worth area because of its combination of economic growth, diverse communities, lifestyle options, and long-term appeal for buyers relocating from other regions. My approach has involved intentionally studying the area’s regions, neighborhoods, market dynamics, transportation patterns, and lifestyle differences in order to better guide buyers evaluating where they may fit best.
